Cassiopae announces that it has acquired the back-office real estate management software business of Taliance, including its Prémiance, Unicia, and Verso solutions. The acquisition creates valuable synergies and underscores Cassiopae’s strategy to become the leader in the property management and fund administration software markets in Europe.
The acquisition was pursued in a concerted way by both companies in the spirit of a high added-value partnership and had been executed thanks to the strong support of Bpifrance and BNP Parisbas Development as well as Cassiopae counsel, Serge Lasar.
“We envisioned this partnership with our teams and customers at heart. We will bring to market two distinct yet complementary offers created upon common values of trust, excellence, and world-class implementations,” underlined Guillaume Fiastre, Taliance president.
The new entity, Cassiopae Real Estate Paris, will be led by Sylvain Baré, EMEA Real Estate and Fleet Market Director at Cassiopae. Taliance’s back office solution teams will join the existing team of Cassiopae real estate software experts based in Paris and Nantes, France.
“This acquisition is in keeping with our strategy of becoming a top tier international real estate management software provider. It will enable Cassiopae to benefit from the expertise of Taliance’s industry professionals and bring to market additional high-value, innovative products,” said Emmanuel Gillet, Cassiopae CEO.
Cassiopae is currently the 18th largest independent software vendor in France with 500 employees and more than 300 client sites on 4 continents. With this acquisition, Cassiopae demonstrates its dynamism and increases significantly the company’s total income and investment capacity.
The Taliance acquisition is Cassiopae’s second in the real estate software market. In July 2012, Cassiopae acquired Nantes-based SNEDA, a specialized software provider of social real estate management solutions.
